The Email Limitation You Must Know

Capsule does not have automatic two-way email sync. On any plan, including Ultimate ($72/user/month).

Email logging works through a BCC dropbox: each Capsule account has a unique address (e.g., [email protected]). To log an email to a lead or contact, you manually BCC that address when sending. Forwarding existing emails to the dropbox also works.

What this means in practice: if you forget to BCC, the email is not logged. There is no background sync pulling your Gmail or Outlook inbox and automatically matching emails to contact records. This is an architectural decision, not a missing feature that will arrive in a future plan.
